For our first Satsang of 2026, you’re warmly invited into an exploration of one of the most intimate aspects of spiritual practice: meeting change while recognising what remains constant. Life inevitably brings moments of sudden upheaval—times when the ground seems to shift beneath us. The aim of practice is not to create a life free from disruption, but to cultivate the capacity to respond to change with clarity, compassion, and grace. Earlier this year, a simple slip on ice resulted in a broken ankle, altering daily life in an instant. Yet within that dramatic shift, something deeper remained untouched. Drawing from this lived experience, this Satsang offers practical and embodied insights into the practices that support us through times of uncertainty and transformation. Through a Tantric, non-dual lens, we’ll explore how life’s events—often labelled as good or bad—can be recognised as arising within the same field of awareness. Rather than getting caught in surface appearances, we’ll gently turn toward the unchanging presence that holds every experience. This is a personal and experiential invitation into self-inquiry, steadiness, and deep listening. The session will include grounding practices to support the nervous system and open the heart, followed by time together to connect over chai and Bliss balls.
