Meet your Facilitators
Jodie is a Warkworth based psychologist who bridges the worlds of psychology, mindfulness and embodied awareness. As a qualified Internal Family Systems Therapist she invites you to extend the practice of awareness beyond the mat-exploring how parts of the mind, much like the body, hold energy, emotion and story.
Jodie has 18 years experience working as a psychologist, both with individual clients and running groups. She has completed Level 1 & 2 training in IFS (120 hours training), and engages regularly in IFS supervision and her own therapy. As a mum Jodie is continually learning how to be with and support her parts in everyday life. Jodie attends meditation and yoga retreats regularly as part of her self care and spiritual journey.
