Monthly Sādhanā - Deepen your practice, bring it into daily life
My hope for these regular deeper dives is that you not only experience something meaningful in your practice, but also come away with practical tips and tools you can easily bring into daily life. They aren’t meant to be added pressures or burdens, but supportive reminders for those times when life feels overwhelming.
Sādhanā - A personal practice - Kapha Dosha (this is the last in the Dosha series)
Discover balance and clarity through a focused Kapha Dosha Sādhanā. This session centres on moving congestion, circulation and reviving vitality by harmonising earth-water energies with dynamic breath kriya (action) (Kapalabhati and Agni Sara), a gentle flow sequence to shift any stickiness from the chest and spine, and a visualisation practice to dissolve heaviness, lethargy and resistance to change. You’ll learn practical techniques to stimulate circulation, awaken the digestive fire, and cultivate flow without strain, complemented by grounding mantra and reflective prompts. Suitable for all levels, with modifications to suit beginners or seasoned practitioners. Join us to transform stagnation into renewed energy, lightness, and steadier inner rhythm.
